Driving Directions From Hospitals

From Dignity Health - Dominican Hospital (via Soquel Dr and 17th Ave)

Upon exiting the parking lot, turn left and then right toward Soquel Drive. Turn right onto Soquel Drive, then make a left onto Soquel Avenue. Finally, turn right onto 17th Avenue, followed by another right onto Capitola Road.

From Sutter Maternity & Surgery Ctr of Santa Cruz (via Soquel Dr and 17th Ave)

Head towards Chanticleer Avenue and take a right. Turn left onto Soquel Drive, passing by Erik’s DeliCafé. Make another left onto Soquel Avenue, then turn right onto 17th Avenue. Finally, turn right onto Capitola Road, and you’ll find the CPR building on your right.

From Watsonville Community Hospital (via CA-1 N)

Take Airport Blvd to get onto CA-1 N. Follow CA-1 N until you reach exit 438 for 41st Ave. Take the exit, then use any lane to turn left onto 41st Ave. You’ll pass a Burger King on your right. Continue on 41st Ave, and then turn right just after the Wells Fargo Bank onto Capitola Rd.

From Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (via 7th Ave)

Take Cliff Street and 3rd Street to San Lorenzo Boulevard. Continue onto East Cliff Drive, which becomes Murray Street and then Eaton Street. Turn left onto 7th Avenue, then take a right onto Capitola Road. The CPR building will be on your left.

From Capitola Beach (via Capitola Rd)

Head toward Lawn Way and turn left onto Bay Avenue. Continue past the Dairy Queen Grill & Chill onto Porter Street, then turn left to merge onto CA-1 North. Take exit 438 for 41st Avenue toward Capitola. Use any lane to turn left onto 41st Avenue, then turn right after the Wells Fargo Bank.

From Santa Cruz Wharf (via Broadway)

Head northwest on Municipal Wharf. Take Broadway to Frederick Street and make a left. Continue on Frederick Street until you reach Soquel Avenue, then turn right. Make another right onto Capitola Road, and you will see the location on your left.

On-Site Parking: The most convenient option is the lot directly in front of the building. This lot is easy to navigate, usually has ample space, and includes designated wheelchair-accessible spots near the ground-level entrance. Should the on-site lot be full, free street parking is also available along Capitola Road and the nearby 16th Avenue.
