Lost CPR card in San Francisco

We highly recommend making copies of your CPR and First-aid certification card after your training class in San Francisco. This is in case you lose or misplace your certification card, you will have a back up. If you have lost your CPR or BLS card, we can process and mail you a new card. This is for students who attended their CPR certification class with Safety Training Seminars in the San Francisco Bay Area. I understand that when you need your CPR card, you need it NOW. We can email or fax a copy of your card usually on the same day.

How to replace your CPR or First-aid card

1. Call us at 415-437-1600 and provide us with your name, where you took the class, and approximate date.

2. Pay the $30 for the card replacement fee by credit card

3. We will then fax, email, or regular mail the card out to you.
